Carole Martin MA, LPC,  has been a Licensed Professional counselor since 2005. She graduated with a Master of Arts in Counseling from The Assemblies of God Theological Seminary in 2001. Carole has been a Mediation Specialist and Certified Child Custody Evaluator since 2008. She also holds a Bachelor of Social Work degree from the University of Kansas (1985).

Carole has worked as a social worker for over 20 years, dealing with birth parents, foster parents and children. Her experience is extensive regarding adoption issues. She uses behavioral therapy with adults and adolescents. For younger children play therapy is utilized.

She treats all clients in a practical and compassionate way. Each person gets understanding and help to become a healthy person. Carole treats persons struggling with typical and untypical life problems, all the time looking for solutions that are achievable thus creating results that will allow the client to achieve wellness.

In her practice she treats children from ages 4 – 15, and adults. Treatments with children include: anger issues, behavioral problems, autistic and Asperger issues, depression, PTSD, abused and adopted children. She works with adults who have depression, need help with coping skills, co-dependency, and other life issues.

Carole has many years of experience working with parents and children who have been part of the foster care system. She provides parenting education to help parents regain custody of their children. She frequently does EAP counseling and offers help with grief issues. Carole offers Christian counseling services.

Branson, Missouri is where Carole shares her home with her husband and dog, Molly. She is happy to see persons from aged 4 to adult. Carole has six children of her own, two of which are adopted.
